Christian Ferrari Céramiste dentaire, leader d’opinion, conférencier reconnu internationalement, Christian Ferrari est un prothésiste dentaire venant de France tout récemment arrivé au Québec. Après avoir passé dix années en Suisse auprès de céramistes de renom, il ouvre son premier laboratoire en France. Très rapidement reconnu pour son sens et sa maîtrise de l’esthétique, il fût approché par une maison internationale et apporta sa contribution au développement des lignes de céramiques, dont sa propre porcelaine, qu’il présenta à travers le monde. Reconnu également pour ses qualités de photographe, il contribua à l’élaboration de nombreux ouvrages. En 2008, il créa sa propre Académie dentaire, où il forma de nombreux céramistes venant de tous pays. Sa passion, mais aussi sa curiosité, le pousse aujourd’hui à explorer le potentiel des nouvelles générations de céramiques en pâte... « Ceramotion One Touch »

Il est temps de démystifier toute la propagande à propos de ce matériau. Au cours de cette conférence, Jeffrey vous présentera des solutions permettant aux professionnels de produire de vrais bijoux. Chacune des étapes seront démontré, analysé et expliqué pour vous permettre de faire des arches complètes en zircone, supportée par une barre sur implants en titane. Jeffrey discutera d’un workflow synchronisé afin de caractériser votre zircone pendant que la barre sur implants se fait usiner. Il vous démontrera une réelle fusion entre le monde de la denturologie et du céramiste. Après vous avoir présenter tous ces bénéfices que ce type de prothèse peut apporter à vos patients, vous serez emballé de pouvoir offrir cette possibilité.

Je m’appelle Jeffrey Dugré propriétaire du laboratoire dentaire 3R. Depuis maintenant 10 ans j’opère mon laboratoire en visant la clientèle qui recherche la précision. Après plusieurs années à fabriquer des prothèses sur implants de tous types, j’ai décidé de me mettre aux défis contre les meilleurs au monde, en participant à la (Panthera Mastercup). J’ai terminé deuxième a cette merveilleuse compétition qui m’a fait grandement évoluer. Depuis ce jour je donne des cours privés et conférences à l’international pour partager ma passion avec les gens qui désir pousser leur art au-delà de leurs limites.

Gain knowledge on the fundamentals of SLM technology. We will provide information on the processing steps and offer an overview of metal powder production and its validation on a 3D printing system. Acquire knowledge of the digital process for producing RPD frameworks by utilizing Dentaurum's finest remanium® star and rematitan® powder on TRUMPF's systems.

Bio:
Fatih Arikcan is Sr. Application engineer at TRUMPF with over 8 years of experience in the world of metal 3D printing. After working on more than 200 customer projects across all industries, he has helped and supported customers along their entire process chain. His passion for this technology began during his Master of Engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences of Heilbronn (Germany), where he collaborated on groundbreaking projects at TRUMPF to identify applications to combine the technologies Laser Metal Deposition and Laser Metal Fusion. In the master thesis he focused on development of the process chain additive manufacturing for hybrid components and application using the example of a nozzle insert. The extensive knowledge in process and application development I have gathered throughout customer visits in Europe, Asia and the USA has helped them to save money and create new opportunities by improving productivity and part quality.

Kaveh Shams graduated as a Dental Technician from Lambeth College – in London, UK, in 2010. Since then, he has worked in multiple dental laboratories in London and Toronto. In recent years, his passion for digital dentistry has led him to take responsibility as a CAD-CAM Specialist supporting and coaching dental community members across Canada. He continues serving the dental community as Zirkonzahn’s ambassador and branch manager.
