CE4GPs
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Palmeri Media Group (PMG) reserves the right to cancel this course at any time. In such cases a full refund will be provided to each participant. Costs incurred for travel and hotel accommodation remain the responsibility of each participant. This program is approved by the Academy of General Dentistry and PACE (program provider: Toronto Implant Academy). PMG does not necessarily support or condone all the information that is presented in this program. PMG reserves the right to limit registration and to change the course location. To cancel or transfer a place on the course, participants must apply in writing or email and comply with the transfer process where applicable.
Cancellation/Refund Prior to Course Date:

91 days and over: Refund less admin fee*

31 – 90 days : No refunds. One-time transfer to another course without penalty or admin fee (carry over should be to the next available course, or the same course for the following year).

0 – 30 days: No refunds, no transfer option.
Terms regarding Cancelled, Rescheduled, and Postponed Courses (COVID-19)
If provincial or federal COVID-19 guidelines change unexpectedly and we must postpone the course date of the agreed-upon services, you have the following options:

Request to reschedule your booking for a future date later than the original date. Please contact our Event Department to discuss available dates and complete the Transfer Form.

Withdraw from the course and obtain a refund. Please notice that an admin fee* will apply based on the course(s) original Cancellation/Refund Policy.
* Admin fee varies for the individual course. Please refer to the registration form for the exact admin fee.
Academies
Disclaimer
Seminars offered by the Academies do not automatically provide adequate training for participants to undertake
procedures discussed. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary additional training. Opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect regulatory guidelines. Where a participant misses a seminar, no refunds or transfers are applicable. Membership costs are not refundable under any circumstances. The organizers reserve the right to change the Academy program at any time.
Online Course
The online video courses are non-refundable.
All Video parts are protected by North America and International Copyright laws.
Reproduction and distribution of any part without written permission of the sponsor is prohibited.
