About the Instructor:

Kaveh Shams graduated from Lambeth College – London in Dental Technology in 2010. Since then, he worked in multiple dental labs and milling centers in Europe and Canada. He also offered his service to the dental community of Canada as a CAD CAM specialist for numerous dental companies.

His passion for digital dentistry made him join Zirkonzahn, and now he works as a CAD CAM expert and the branch manager for Zirkonzahn Canada.

Mark Chan received his diploma from Denturism in Toronto at George Brown College with honours. Currently Mark is practicing in Ontario with a main focus on high-end removable and implant prosthetics. With a passion for both technical and clinical techniques he is certified in Bio-logic, BPS and SDC denture concepts and is a ZunstZhanWerk “Art of Denture” award winning Denturist, he is a sought after consultant and opinion leader in the Denturist and Lab community.

About the Instructor:

Dillon has quite an extensive background within the dental industry as an intern through his schooling days at Central Dental Ltd where he gained insight on the supply/business side of the dental industry. Once licensed as a DD, Dillon simultaneously held a role as a business development manager for a boutique commercial dental lab while also associating clinically around SW ON. In addition to this Dillon has held multiple clinical associations in both the public and private sector, with extensive knowledge of high volume/DSO level patient management and case turnaround. His experience working with 40 offices under one umbrella coupled with his experience with Toronto Public Health (Dental Division), and multiple private associations has allowed him to gauge valuable insight into the industry. He has a strong interest in digital dentistry - specifically in simplifying workflows. By staying up to date with the latest technologies and courses, the options he is able to present to each patient is tailored specifically to their unique needs. He is currently setting out on his latest venture: seeking to provide care to the underserved indigenous populations in Northern, ON through the power of efficient clinical workflows, coupled with digital manufacturing.
