A pneumatized sinus can create a challenging situation for many dental implant practitioners. This presentation will focus on utilizing SAFE and INNOVATIVE techniques for PREDICTABLE indirect and direct sinus lifting. Careful evaluation and execution for both approaches will be reviewed in detail during this program, along with management of complications. Participants will then perform both techniques hands-on using sinus simulated models.
